Diagnostic

Initial diagnostic hour

Targeted troubleshooting for a specific reported problem, such as a warning light, no-start, unusual noise, leak, or overheating. The $165 flat fee covers the initial diagnostic hour for one vehicle. We quote additional testing before doing it. If you authorize the related repair with Old Creek Fleet, we credit the diagnostic fee toward that repair; staff will show the credit on the repair quote. A routine visual check is separate from diagnostic testing.

Inspection

Fleet safety and condition inspection

Stand-alone, checklist-based safety and condition inspection for one vehicle: tires, brakes, fluids, visible leaks and wear, with recommendations. The displayed price is per vehicle. A basic visual condition check is included at no extra charge with a maintenance service; this stand-alone inspection is more detailed. Finding the cause of a specific fault may require a separately approved diagnostic service.
