Booking privacy notice

Old Creek Fleet Service collects the name, email, phone number, vehicle details, service address, and description you provide when requesting an appointment. We use them to review and manage your request, prepare estimates and work orders, contact you about service, and keep business records.

We send service emails about your request, approval or cancellation, estimates, and appointments. We do not use the booking form to enroll you in marketing emails. If you separately choose the optional text box, we may send automated appointment texts, including a confirmation request on the morning of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Text consent is not required to book.

We use service providers for hosting, security checks, email, and, when enabled, text delivery. Your information may be shared with those providers to operate the booking service. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We keep booking and service records for business, accounting, and legal needs. Contact us to ask about your information or correct it.

If your company manager invites you as a fleet technician, we keep your name, work email, password hash, and assigned vehicle access. Your company manager can see that you requested service and can change or remove your access. Service emails and quotes for these requests go to the company account.

For Old Creek Fleet technicians, clock-in records include a camera photo, GPS coordinates and accuracy, the job and server timestamp. Clock-out records include location when available and a note when it is unavailable. Technicians can also report missing working intervals and explanations for Staff review. Staff can review these records and retain a history of time corrections. Location is requested only when recording an action; this feature does not continuously track your device.
